Lukas Willems was not our first realtor. He was our second, and we are so happy to have made that change. Lukas did a great job selling our house and helping us to buy our new home. He provided us with great advice when putting in an offer. He let us know that there was another offer on the house we wanted, and helped us put in a strong offer, which resulted in the sellers accepting! While we were waiting for the closing date of our new house, Lukas was very flexible and met my husband at the new house on multiple occasions for measurements and quotes for future projects. When selling our house, Lukas also provided information regarding comparable homes in our neighborhood. He gave feedback before we listed our house about open houses (if we needed to have one or not), and kept us updated when we had showings. We received two offers within a week of listing, and Lukas did a great job keeping the process drama free. (We had specifically told him that we didn't want to try and create a biding war between the two buyers, and he listened and was respectful of that).
